This is a 45 min healing session to deeply heal your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body and receive intuitive insights for your current challenges and stressors.

Each of my sessions looks vastly different depending on your unique needs. I use the combination of ancient modalities such as Ayurveda, Reiki, Astrology and Kundalini to move blocked energy and restore the flow. This can directly impact your mind, body and spirit, which can simultaneously affect your career, relationships and enviroment. My clients have been known to experience the following:
